1. Design Evaluation and Overview
This plan is done for those that would like to invest in professional advice. And at the same time utilize your current furnishings. This design plan will offer suggestions for wall treatments, lighting as well as accessories. You will receive a comprehensive design plan.
Your rate is only billed hourly, usually 2-3 hours.
2. Full Service Design
Full service design is what a designer does best to accomplish a full remake and style of your interior. Starting with one room at a time. This is carefully curated to arrive at creating your dream interior. We do this by selecting new furnishings, lighting, floors, wall and window treatments. The client will be involved with the design step by step in this process. We will narrow down the incredible wide array of choices for furnishings and case goods for each room.
The fees are presented in advance once we get all the details to guide the plan forward.
3. Remodel and Upgrade
Documenting the design ideas and objectives for the client through spatial requirements. Including, programming, space planning as well as facilities planning for all commercial environments. Three dimensional concept development and interior elevations with details for lighting, ceilings and finishes. The client's project execution needs to be guided through all phases of design. There is active collaboration with manufacturers and vendors. Understanding the technological aspects of design and communication are proven cost saving values.
Conforming with schedules and budgets all along the process, whether the project is large or small. Details are very important so we appreciate communication on all levels.
We will work with a contractor to solidify the remodel with plans CSG provides. This project will have a detailed contract for all of the parties included.
